PIXELSCOPE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This agreement is between you and Tansontech ("Licensor"). By installing, activating, or using PixelScope, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. License
PixelScope is licensed, not sold. A valid license permits use within its stated term, device count, features, and major-version scope. Trial licenses are for evaluation only.
2. Perpetual licenses and updates
A perpetual license permits continued use of versions released on or before the maintenance end date and within the licensed major-version scope. Versions released after the maintenance end date require renewed maintenance or a new license. A signed order or written agreement may provide more specific terms.
3. Activation and validation
PixelScope may perform online activation, device binding, periodic validation, session heartbeat, and deactivation to enforce license status, device count, and offline limits. After the permitted offline period, online validation may be required. See the Privacy Policy: https://www.tansontech.com/en/privacy/.
4. Restrictions
Without written permission, you may not share, rent, resell, or sublicense the software or License Key; forge a license; bypass activation or device limits; remove proprietary notices; distribute a modified version; or use the software unlawfully. Except where permitted by law or an applicable open-source license, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it. This does not restrict lawful rights to debug or replace LGPL dynamically linked components.
5. Third-party components
Third-party components are governed by their own licenses, listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and the licenses directory. Those licenses prevail for the relevant components.
6. Professional use
PixelScope is an assistive analysis tool. Results may be affected by source data, format settings, hardware, drivers, and user operation. Independently verify critical results and back up original data. Unless agreed in writing, do not use PixelScope as the sole basis for medical, functional-safety, life-support, or other high-risk decisions.
7. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PixelScope is provided "as is," without a promise of error-free, uninterrupted, or purpose-specific operation. Licensor is not liable for indirect, profit, or data-loss damages. Aggregate liability will ordinarily not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant license giving rise to the claim. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
8. Termination
A material breach, including license sharing, forged authorization, or circumvention, may result in suspension or termination. You must stop using the software while the license is suspended and after it is terminated. Termination does not affect payment obligations, liabilities, or disputes arising before termination. Contact support@tansontech.com to appeal a license that you believe was disabled, suspended, or terminated in error.

If the Chinese and English versions conflict, the Chinese version prevails. A signed order or written agreement prevails over conflicting terms in this agreement.
